All units are privately owned. Resort is managed by True Key Hotels and Resorts. There is only one studio unit. There is also only one 3 bedroom unit for rent. The two bedroom we stayed in was excellent. Stunning views. Beautiful units. Comfortable, clean, modern, well appointed. High ceilings. Floor to ceiling windows. Ensuite laundry is a plus. Heated floors in the bathroom is nice. The resort itself is very much still under development and there is lots of construction going on. This didn’t impact our stay negatively. Sounds like they plan to add a restaurant, shops, medical center, pool, hot tub etc. These will be huge wins for this location as it is really quite rural. The onsite fitness centre is really quite excellent. Nicely done! Long drive to get anywhere for food or services. It might seem obvious but it is very windy out here on the point. The good news is that it’s not to hot in the units. No AC but quite comfortable. Communication with the resort has been straightforward. The interaction has been kind and helpful. Didn’t think it was awesome to pay $50 to check in at 2 instead of 4 if the room was ready because there is really no other option if your travelling from far away and you arrive early. Protip. Being everything you want with you for your stay. Make a list of check it twice. You can buy some food and drinks from the resort if you’re in a pinch or run out. The best park walks and trails are extensive and can be accessed from the resort. Maps available in the office. Due to the cliff side location and for safety there is no beach access at the resort. Beaches are a short drive away. Although the porches are amazing. Some are larger than others it is normally very windy which makes sitting on the porch somewhat impractical. Some units have a Juliet balcony, others have a narrow balcony and some have larger balconies. Something to consider when requesting a unit. If you have mobility issues the stairs may be an issue. Something to consider. Suggestions: There is only one hair dryer in the two bed/bathroom units. I would like to suggest a second hairdryer be added so couples don’t have to time share the hair dryer ;) Since there is no AC it would be ideal to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. And two floor fans. Our two bedroom unit only had one. It would be so great if there was an on site borrow a book/leave a book option. Having a selection of good puzzles for sale or lend would also be really nice. The bbq area only has one BBQ. Would be ideal if there were more BBQs and perhaps a few BBQ areas. Hard to plan a BBQ meal when all the units share one BBQ. Cannot cast to the TVs. Would be ideal if we could cast Netflix or whatever from personal devices to the TVs. We visited the show suite to get info. Buying a unit is basically between 700 k CDN and 1.5 M. Lots of variables. Mostly unit size and location. If you buy 3 units in one building they only charge you one strata fee.

What an absolutely amazing place! The views are breathtaking, with marine wildlife right before your eyes. The cabin was beautifully equipped and of excellent quality - I enjoyed every single moment of my stay!

The room is great, very clean, spacious and has everything you need. The view is amazing! We saw a ton of seals swimming around. The staff is really nice and helpful. The entrance for the East Sooke Regional Park hiking is right around the corner. The location is a bit far everything else. There's a small grocery store and a couple of food trucks about 10mins away. Everything else is about 20-25mins drive away. Overall great place to stay

Amazing little cottages perched cliffside above the ocean. Our one bedroom cottage was beautiful and well thought out. Sliding glass doors open the entire unit to the outdoors where we saw sea lions and a even a whale. It is in a remote area with an abundance of hiking trails and nature to enjoy. Construction noise was minimal.

The view is incredible and I would recommend it, we spent the whole day whale watching from our room. If you have luggage or difficulty with stairs I would highly recommend making sure you have a top level room (actually is ground level) so you don't end up having to go down (and later up) 4 flights of winding stairs. Also note, the drive is very long, winding, and rural for the last 20-30mins but it is beautiful so plan accordingly. My only suggestion is to have a better detailed map of which staircases to use for which rooms.

Beautiful views of the Ocean from the room , but beware had to walk down a few flights of stairs to get to our room from the parking lot , ( do not think that is the case for all rooms ) . If one has mobility issues could be a challenge carrying your luggage and what not. Also beware there are no good amenities real close by , even though you can see Sooke across the bay , you have to drive around the Sooke basin to get there, about a 40 min drive a way. Not cheap to stay here but the views are amazing .

Wow. The best cottage experience I've had in a long time. Stunning views. High quality room. Super friendly staff. The value for the money is excellent, especially compared to the big vacation rental sites. I really can't emphasize enough how good the quality is of the rooms. Quartz countertops, quality appliances, well thought out details, furniture, etc. Excellent sound insulation between units. Watched seals commute daily from our unit. Will definitely come back.
